Overview
Duchesnay's three public-facing sites were running on an aging Joomla setup that made routine content updates slow and kept the marketing and regulatory teams dependent on developer time for simple changes.
I rebuilt duchesnay.com, medunikcanada.com and analogpharma.ca on Nuxt.js and Tailwind CSS, backed by a custom Directus-based CMS so non-technical staff could manage content directly. Alongside the public sites, I designed and built a custom CMS service using KeystoneJS and Nuxt 3, hosted in-house on the company's own servers, and took over maintenance of the internal company intranet.
Throughout the project I worked directly with the marketing and IT teams on WCAG accessibility compliance, and stayed on as the point of contact for client support and troubleshooting after launch.
