Our process - How I work
I keep the process simple: understand the real problem, build the right-sized solution, and stay around to support it afterward.

Discover
I start by getting a clear picture of your needs and goals, and understanding how your team actually works day-to-day — not just what the spec says.
For internal tools and dashboards, this usually means sitting down with the people who’ll actually use the software — reviewing existing systems and data sources and pain points before writing any code.
Once the scope is clear, I put together a concrete plan and timeline so there are no surprises later.

Build
Based on the discovery phase, I build in focused iterations — shipping working pieces early so you can see progress and give feedback along the way, rather than waiting months for a big reveal.
For larger projects I keep communication tight: regular updates, a shared task tracker, and direct access to me rather than an account-manager layer in between.
I lean on modern, proven tools — React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt, Node — and reach for AI-assisted tooling where it genuinely speeds up delivery without cutting corners on quality.
Analog Pharma’s creative approach and strategic execution exceeded all expectations, delivering a final product that has elevated our brand and resonated with our target audience. A truly impressive collaboration!

Deliver
Launch isn’t the finish line — I make sure the core flows are fully tested and reliable before anything ships, then keep an eye on it afterward.
I handle post-launch bug fixes and debugging directly, since I usually built the system and know exactly where to look.
For internal tools especially, I build with accessibility and maintainability in mind, so the system holds up as your team and data grow.
Included in this phase
- Testing. I test the flows that matter most before launch, and keep testing as the product evolves.
- Infrastructure. I set up hosting, CMS, and deployment pipelines sized to what the project actually needs — no more, no less.
- Support. I stay available for debugging, small fixes, and technical support after launch — you’re not left chasing a ticket queue.
My values - Balancing reliability and craft
A few principles that guide how I take on and deliver projects.
- Meticulous. I sweat the details that actually affect the user experience — performance, accessibility, edge cases.
- Efficient. I reuse proven patterns and tools where it makes sense, so budget goes toward what’s actually custom about your project.
- Adaptable. Every business runs differently — I build around how your team actually works, not a one-size-fits-all template.
- Honest. If something won’t work, costs more than expected, or isn’t worth building, I’ll tell you directly.
- Reliable. I show up, communicate clearly, and stick around after launch instead of disappearing once the invoice is paid.
- Curious. I’m always testing new tools and approaches — including AI-assisted workflows — to find better ways to solve the same problems.
