Overview
Ice Academy of Montreal runs a busy schedule of ice time, private lessons and group sessions across multiple rinks — coordination that had been managed by hand in spreadsheets, with no easy way for staff to see what was published versus still in draft.
I'm building an internal planner app that gives the team a single weekly view of schedules, availability and requests, so publishing a week's sessions is a deliberate action rather than a spreadsheet update nobody's sure everyone has seen.
